“Corruption with impunity.” That’s how retired University of Hawaii law professor Randy Roth describes the massive financial mismanagement of the Bishop Estate by former members of the Kamehameha Schools Board of Trustees.

But now the current Board of Trustees has helped the UH Press provide free online access to the book that Roth co-authored about the scandal, “Broken Trust: Greed, Mismanagement & Political Manipulation at America’s Largest Charitable Trust.”

Ross talks about the newly free book with Pod Squad host Chad Blair.

“Broken Trust” co-author Randy Roth, left, with Chad Blair.
